I had to drop a line to tell you what a life saver you and the PBCA have been to me and my company. I have coached, consulted and trained over 1000 business owners in my capacity as the Director of Small Business Consulting Services in a local CDC in New York. When I signed up for the PBCA training course I was hoping to find:

• Real-world examples of what works for other business coaches,
• Effective ways to take a snapshot of business clients at the start of our engagement, and
