On-Site Training

Our formalized six-day training program covers business fundamentals, business coaching, marketing and selling your services, how to use our systems and to utilize the on-going support, et al. It is intense and brutally relevant. You will leave training both exhausted and excited because you will be armed with incredible tools and skills that you will use to coach your clients to success. In addition, you will know how to effectively market and sell your services to grow your practice. Please see the "Training Information and Calendar" page for the training agenda!

Incredible Tools

Following training, you will be given a password to the member-only website. On the site, you will find hundreds of clearly indexed, downloadable, and customizable tools to use with your client when implementing specific business strategies that will help him change his life. We also have specific tools and strategies for running, promoting, and selling your services. In addition, we add new tools constantly - because we all have unique strengths to help one another. You will, finally, be able to answer any challenge or question that your client faces!

On-Going Support

Immediately following training, you can enroll in our JumpStart Program to get your business up and running and engage your first client(s). In addition to the tools the members website includes a forum to provide quick and varied feedback to your questions from coaches across various fields. As mentioned earlier, you will also have your own personal buddy coach and can join us in weekly conference calls that cover a variety of subjects. Every PBCA coach will engage in approximately 100 hours of continuing education every year. We will also host regular phone and live conferences for information sharing and fellowship. Finally, you will receive unlimited phone support from us. You are NEVER ALONE.

Affiliate Programs

As a member of the PBCA, you are entitled to use the services of our approved affiliates at discounted prices. Please see the page entitled "Our Strategic Alliances" for current listing. This includes assessment tools to use in your practice, discounted training, continuing education, website development, et al. We will always thoroughly investigate other providers prior to making them an official affiliate, we will NEVER profit from the affiliation, and we will always help you to keep your practice cutting edge.
