While all members will add to the existing system, we obviously recognize that many of you will have your own systems and methodologies. We didn't create the Alliance to dictate to you "how" to coach, but to help you by providing tools and support. This being said, many coaches have expressed concerns that some other organizations have become cannibalistic - that is, coaches feeding off of other coaches. That will not happen in our organization. What you add to the system becomes a part of the system - at no extra cost to any member. What you own remains yours. Pretty simple. That being said, if someone has something so extraordinary that they qualified as a strategic alliance as well as a member, we would be happy to make them a strategic partner.
