Obviously, the PBCA training is important to teach the business fundamentals that you will face during your engagements, and to "get us all on the same page." You will learn transferrable business skills and strategies as well as personal effectiveness skills and strategies. You will also learn how to navigate and use the PBCA system to help your clients. It is vitally important that every member has the same foundation in order to benefit optimally, and to help other members benefit optimally.
